Hello all. I am a new member but have gained some valuable information from this forum through google searches. I have owned a couple of Landies in the past and have recently bought a 2013 L320 Range Rover Sport TDV6, HSE with 124000 on the clock. My plan is to do a conservative off road conversion on it for a bit of green lane fun on weekends and I plan to tour the UK with a caravan when I retire next year. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. One question I have is wheels. I have stock multi spoke 20 inch alloys with 275/40/20 tyres and want to acquire a separate set of wheels and tyres for off roading. Any advice regarding wheel and tyre size would be really helpful.

Warm welcome Glenn!

I would get some steel rims, the same size and some MT tyres and a portable compressor. Lower those pressures when going properly off road.

Thanks for the welcome and advice. I was thinking of having smaller wheels, possibly 16 inch, but with tyres that have a larger side wall but the same rolling circumference. What are your thoughts?
