Hello all,

I've just registered on this forum, I like what I've seen so far.

I've been registered on most of the other Land Rover forums for a few years now and have only recently discovered this one.

Another forum to look at each day :) = less time for working :D

Paul, is your's a military 110? I see from pictures (elsewhere) that you've got bumperettes and a mixture of mil and civvy rear lights. What are those holes for under the numberplate?

Gareth,

No, it's a civvy vehicle. I bought it new in 1989.

Since then, I've 'Militarised' it slightly, including the Bumperettes, Jerry Can Lockers and Side Window Demisters.

The mix of lights are because I broke the N/S/R Stop/Tail Lamp and decided to replace all my lamps with NAS lamps - the N/S/R was as far as I got

The holes under the number plate are where the rectangular fog and reversing lamps were. I originally doubled-up by rotating the N/S reversing lamp and O/S fog lamp through 90 degrees and adding an additional N/S fog and O/S reversing lamp. I've since taken these off to be replaced with NAS lamps, which I haven't quite got around to yet

Good idea fitting the bumperettes. It gives the vehicle a certain "keep out of my fekkin way!" look ;)

Nice one
