Hi all ....just bought a freelander....01 petrol....reading around they seem to be utter crap....lol....never mind....wasn't dear and a new head gasket fitted so fingers crossed eh....wont get heavy work....3000 miles year.....any words of confidence greatly received !

Well i've had one that's 2 years older than yours for over 3 years and i can confirm that it's the one of the best cars i've ever had.

sure it's cost a bomb but properly maintained it will serve you well.
