Hi there all, I have just joined the club as I have just bought my first freelander 1 TD4. Two things to start of with, has anyone got a set of 18" sport alloys to fit my freelander 1, also I have a squeak and sounds like it's coming from the front, possibly shocks. oh and does anyone know a reliable garage.

Hello Matt. I assume that when you say that "have just joined the club", you are referring to the Loonyzone I doubt very much if any forum members would ever be allowed in any respectable club, with the possible exception of Nig and, at a push Norfolk Bird, who, according to all accounts, is a very respectable young women

But, on the subject of your posting, the noise from the front is almost certainly the engine. The sports wheels are readily available on eBay, but make sure that the little holes in the wheel are in the correct place for your own vehicle

Are you looking to get into a long time relationship with a reliable garage, or are you just looking for a quickie

Squeak first a most definite, it's more annoying but when I turn the radio on it goes away. I've got it booked into a Landy specialist on a week Friday, so hopefully some wd40 will sort it out.
