iv just bought a freelander and i love it but iv got a little problem with the central locking the fob will lock all the doors but wont open them all, the drivers door wont open off the fob, im guessing its the latch and iv seen people mentioning maplins gadget rather than buying a new latch from the stealers, how fiddly is this and does anybody have time to give me a step by step, is there anywhere else i may get a latch from if all else fails, cheers in advance everbody.

get some WD40 or lashings of penetrating fluid sprayed all around the lock and down the button hole.

They have a habit of seizing then working themselves free again.
