I want to replace the gearbox on my 2a for something with 5 gears and syncormesh gears.

Any suggestions as to what gearboxs I could use. Ideally I would just like it to bolt straight on without too much hassle, or is that just wishful thinking?

I only use the landy for running around and occasionally go off road through fields.

Would a rangerover, or disco gearbox fit?

Aye that an because MacTwat pricked my conscience last night and made see what a better place the forum will be if we do all the hard work for the newbies.
