clutch has starting slipping on my 96 300tdi disco, anyone reccommend any clutchs and where from, looking at heavy duty and can you get heavy duty clutch forks?? t

Dave, you can get heavy duty the lot, in a kit form over here, so would think thems available there, just be mindful that you gonna be pushing a bit harder on the pedal, so ifs you got tired knees you may wish to reconsider.
 
If your current release fork is in good shape then it can be turned into an HD with the application of a MIG welder.

Rakeway also do a very good HD release bearing; no plastic carrier to melt.
 
I after a new H duty clutch for my Disco as well. But there seems to be so many options i don't know what to go for.
Also i'm not sure about Britpart items as soon many people seem to think there rubbish:

Any help on best setup to choose would be greatly appricated. My car is a 300tdi manual Discovery used for green laning and a bit of heavy towing, soon to be fitted with 2" lifting blocks and off road tires.
