Hi Guys

I own a Discovery 1 ES 1995, mileage 87,000 no problems with the clutch, just considering whether I should get it done and ask experienced members for advice, what cost etc.

I have done most of the service and maintenance myself, its passed every MOT without any work required or any major repairs, however I think the clutch maybe overdue and would get it done if its required.

Any valuable advice as usual would be appreciated.

You say there is no problem with your clutch so why change it.

Leave it well alone till it starts slipping, then is time enough to change it.

Waste of money to change when its not needed

Point taken, thats my thought with most things? dont fix it unless its broke, just thought having towed for a few years, it maybe time to replace it, ok, any pointerss to what to look for?

i fitted a borg & beck in mine, ok so now known as AP good clutch kit with no problems at all
