can i just add one positive i've just thought of?
living in the land of the traffic taliban, it does get make getting
a speeding ticket quite difficult!!!!!!!!

MMMMmmm, let me think you must live (like myself) in the land of Richard Brunstrum, where there is a speed camera behind every lamp post.
However by a strange quirk of good fortune, I do not possess any points or never have. Ha ha they haven't caught me yet, and I shall be a model citizen in my Landy, not having any other choice but to drive like a snail!!

If you drive a series 111 diesel it is doubtful if you will ever get a speeding ticket even in a 30 mph zone. I have been passed by bicycles many times in Dublin in a ser iii
