Hi guys I've got a 2002 range rover and the roof interior lights don't come on but the door cards do. I've tried the 3s centre console thing but still no joy

2002 - which model? P38/L322.
Mine has puddle lights on the doors. And 3 switches on the centre light in the roof. If you hold middle one in for few seconds it beeps on dash and says/turns them on and off.

Then you do not have a P38
As Dominio said, have you checked the bulbs? They are about 30p in a motor factors.

It's a l322 I have and yer checked the bulbs but it's sorted now it just started working

Dodgy connection somewhere or maybe little water ingress.
If you have a sunroof I’d check it and passenger footwell, and boot- see if any damp spots they are typical areas for your model
