It looks excellent, but I'm sure you could make something like it yourself for far less.
 
Looks quite well done - and so it should at that price!

My concern would be that it appears to be liable to reduce the size of the rear opening, which could be a pain when loading large objects. If it lifted off that would be OK, or, even better, if the individual pockets could be lifted off and worn on a belt, or assenbled into a backpack or holdall.

You can buy MOLLE "sheets" off ebay for a fraction of the price.

Military plate carriers dont even cost that much!!
