Hi all, I'm in the process of getting my D2 ready for the trip back to the UK next week.

I have a 'knocking' sound coming from the vehicle when I drive over a bump - thought it might be the rear left shocks (rear air bags fitted) but am not sure. I can't see anything obvious when I crawl underneath so until I can get it up on a lift today/tomorrow the only 'clue' I have is the rear left tyre has worn away completely flat and even...

Any ideas?

I'd jack it up and check the brakes aren't binding and give the wheel a "rock" to see if there's any play in the hub.
Might not help- but simple and free!

Try checking the antiroll bar drop links too

Yep, done that and one is a bit dodgy - will get to see for sure when I get it up on a lift. Weird excessive tyre wear though...?
