Hello all I joined this forum some time ago now hoping to find a good poject 300TDI 90. Time passed rapidly and I was forced to keep my horrid little corsa ecobox. Well yesterday I took the wife to lookers and showed her a defender 90 with seats in back and so on so she could see how practical they are. We decided we need more seats so I ordered this beast !

I feel in love instantly ! And ill be viewing bet on Tuesday morning. If I still love her im collecting Friday ! Genuinely never been this excited about a car before. My first landy rover :D
 
WTF would anyone buy a slow ponderous heap of ****e, with lousy fuel economy and terrible reliability problems. If not for it's off road ability or commercial work where it's gonna get battered about???
 
Haha shell get scratched dented and muddy, shell break, smoke and play up but the whole time ill be smiling I been lobging after a defender for so long now. I did not intend to buy a ford yet im giving it a go as its one of the most commended engines on market. I been playing with 300 tdi's for years any way so something new will be fun. I don't even have the cat yet and I have a small shopping list already ! :eek:
