Afternoon!

I went to get 75/90 for my transfer box and axles. I was hoping to get fully synthetic as that's what I've read is best (much debated).

Halfords have two kinds though - SX and MVMTF.... this threw me as I wasn't expecting an option here!

What are these two and what do I need?
