Hi My disco has decided to be a right pain in the backside, firstly the key fob stopped working tried new battery that worked for a while now nothing so have used the EKA to keep her going, the rear air started going down on it's own so changed the sensors thinking this would solve the problem, nope if when i stop i do not let the car pump itself up a couple of times and then stop she will go down within 5 mins but if pumped up will stay up. i also need to change the rear radius arm bushes anyone know the correct part number please for these if i am taking them off i may as well replace all 3 each side. thanks in advance oh and the bolts for the bushes i may as well change them too.

Hi mate!
Sorry to hear of your problems.
Can't answer you specifically as I don't have air and you are doing jobs i have never done/have yet to do!

Anyway, we stop over in Limoges each time we go down to our place in the Tarn. So at least could find it on a map!
all the best

How old are the air bags? They can develop a leak on the fold of the bag which will seal or not depending on the position.
Clean the bags as much as possible and then, when it's in a leaky position, spray some soapy water over them and look for bubbles.
Most faults will end up being down to the airbag, despite being utterly convinced it can't be...!

Key problem, have you checked the receiver is OK, not water logged or crusty?

the receiver is clean and free of corrosion and i cleaned the earth to but short of trying a different one i do not know.
and in ref to the airbags the were changed 5 or 6 years ago but it is a problem with the height i think one side is slightly higher than the other and i have no way of getting them close to each other, i am sure it is something to do with this as i said if i dont let it pump itself up it will go down fast but if i leave the engine on for around 60secs after i stop they stay up indefinitely
