Hi all, -had a problem last week with landy conking out half way up the road after an evening of off roading. got towed back and suspected dirty fuel. Changed filter as full of sludge. - still nothing. Decided to change Lift pump. was just about to refit the fuel line when i noticed something pink in the line. Had to flush the line from tank to pump. now running sweet again.
thought i'd strip down the old pump....







I think this is a valuable lesson in fitting an 'in-line' filter?
