Hi Guys n Galls

Just had the MOT and as would have it the seat belt faliure for rust near by so as i've been putting it off i thouught id finally tackle he boot floor and OMG! i whish id not started.

Im gonna get all my parts from YRM as they were great when i needed replacement sills, anyway on to the photos, and im still in shock lol,

While undoing the seat belt it just poped off and left a gaping hole in the wing, the floor is completely rotten nothing to save at all so its all being replaced, but im concerned about the wheel arches, repairing or overall cbould this be the beginning of the end? as i cant find any arches on YRM and as it is a seatbelt mount would it need to be completely replaced?

and on the cross member its ok but on the left its rotten im wondering is it better to patch or replace the lot? im hoping patch ;-)

Cut the lot out and replace with all new panels that's what I did. It will last a lot longer and make the job faster and easier.
