I bought a 2013 Freelander 2 from The Netherlands and the infotainment system doesn't have the Setup, Shortcuts and Extra Features options hence cannot change the language from Dutch. Anything that I can do?

Change the vehicle default language using JLR SDD if you have it, or take it to a dealer to do. It's a simple process on my 2009 FL2, so can't imagine the later version would be any different.
Press the physical "setup" switch below the screen. Then press "system" on the screen. "Language" option screen button should then display. Press that.
