Lose the plastic arch extensions and fit the early alloys and that would be very nice.
Colour suits it, not seen many in that grey.

I find it odd that the condition of the wheels (ie, very poor) are nowhere near the condition of the rest of the vehicle.

eBay seller said:
Currently on the steel wheels supplied by Land Rover 21 years ago, however we can negotiate a reasonable price to for pre used alloy wheels to be fitted if the new owner so wishes.

So what he's saying is; 'We've pikey'd the alloys off it but if you'd like to buy them back off us for extra ££ to line our pockets further, then you can.'

think ur spot on mate

I like that, looks striaght and injuns shiny but theres no piccies of the chassis. imo steel heels suit a D1 much better than poncy alloys any day.

I'll warrant its had a respray, mind. the automagic ebay thingy that fills in all the car's details when you enter the reg. number when listing a vehicle says its green.

If u weren't planning on abusing it off road and had a lot money would make a good investment as in the right hands it will only ever go up in price
Mine had spent all its life in the city it was well clean but Itook it lanning and it was soon a diffrent story

yeah, looks nice enough and it's lovely to see the interior so mint, the original landrover seat covers intact, etc, but it has also had a LOT of sheen sprayed on it so dont be fooled!

like the seller says, youd have to look at it, but it definitely looks like a good start so far.

worth about 3k if its 100% rot free? or 2.5k??

boot and drivers footwell carpets dont quite look as mint as the shiny paintwork.... if its solid underneath its 2k tops......based on buy a runner for 1k nand spend 1k on welding so you know its good for a year or two
