discs on my freeland are getting hot on normal driving any ideas

hot - how hot - temperature?
wots normal - I know peeps that drive like lunatics - throttle is an on/off switch - "normally"

a bit more info mite help.

oh - dont use yo brakes?

both sides are hot and pads smell and disc burns my finger if i touch them
