My maf sensor from p38 4.6 goes from 5v with only contact on to 6.8 v when idling.
The previous time I had a broken maf the voltage did not go up at all.
Unless voltage goes up ,is this a faulty maf ?? .
The engine runs very bad and far too rich and regulary stops running also without maf.
Crank en camshaft sensors are good.
No leaking injektors(cheçked).rail pressure 2.4.
 
Does the measurement change with engine speed?
Is it a three wire plug?
Earth,
5v and12v? Or
Earth,
5v and 5v?
 
I thought the idling voltage was 1.5 v and from there it goes up.
My problem is the much higher voltage.
Doesn t That give a much higher output from the ecu
