Good evening all. Currently I have the LT230 1:2 ratio transfer box fitted to my 300tdi 90.

it seems to mean the engine revs are to low to maintain 65/70 mph on the motorway! I drove an ex military untweaked 90 and it was fine on the motor way!

can anyone tell me your opinions on the different transfer boxes or what your running?
Regards.

You should be ok with that size tyre on it, standard size would be either 205/80 r16 or 235/70 r16 and your new size is an increase of around 9% (8.69% to be more exact).

I run 235/85 r16 (very much equivalent diameter tyre to the 265/75) Coopers on my Discovery 1 with a 200Tdi and 70 is no problem at all.

Has your truck been tweeked up at all on the fuelling?
