Hi all iam looking at getting a 5ltr supercharged range rover about a 2010 model has anyone/or know some one who has a lpg system on one and which system is it .

Interesting question.
You're keen to buy & run a 5 litre motor but appear to be concerned about running costs o_O
My own experience of LPG, admittedly on a RV8 which is a totally different power unit, is that at the end of the day any fuel savings I made were totally wiped out by not only the (professional) installation costs & subsequent problems with it just outside of the warranty period, but also the damage to the engine over the following 14 months/12k miles.
Hopefully others will be more helpful & less cynical in their replies.

I bought my V8 4.6 Thor engined Rangie in 2005 already fitted with a Landirenzo (LR Approved) multipoint LPG system.
I never had any real problems with it other than simple consumable items like filters and a temperature sensor until 2017 when I sold it.
New owner had a new LPG ECU fitted and its still going as far as I am aware. Total range on a full tank (78L) of LPG was about 200 miles at which point acceleration on LPG started to flag a little and then the buzzer would sound and it would switch back to petrol. Indicated MPG on LPG was around 15 - 16.
Significantly cheaper than petrol only, but less so now that LPG prices have crept upwards.
Hope this helps.

LPG can be done. But as always it’s the the instal costs that have to be considered. Its a bit like the guy that takes it out of the showroom see the most depreciation.
You need to do the numbers, mileage v length of ownership v saving of lpg cost.
We ran a RR 4.6 on LPG (already fitted when purchased) and it was fine no noticeable difference, although it would splutter a bit on petrol if it had been on gas for a while, but cleared after a while on petrol.
It may help a little bit if you wanted to sell but probably wouldn’t increase price.
There are lots of systems out there but with the SC you will want a good 1 (more money:() lpg needs to go in after SC preferably.
But as above if you are considering buying a 5.0l you know it’s gonna cost to run.

Jag engines hate LPG the valve seats are far too soft !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you're looking at a 5.0 you'd better be prepared to run it on proper fuel..

Or get lube injected when running lpg you need a good system:D as said not cheap
They are available but not sure what the lube is?
