You could always run it on fork lift truck propane cylinders. I'm sure they would be available in Africa.Does anyone know what LPG (for cars) availabily is like in Africa ?
I've just discovered that with a simple adaptor you can fill your gas cylinder with LPG from a petrol station, and that should solve some issues !
get a transfer pump(manual is slow but best for africa)you can pump bottles in to tank.Failing that fit a inline valve that you can plug in gas bottles too.
do you cook by yer wagon?why not fit a pushfit connector with a stove on the end save haveing another can to carry. could you not also rig up a cooker?Just to clarify I'm looking at filling the cylinder I use to cook with, with filling station LPG, reason being that Calor cylinders aren't used in Africa or Europe, and can't be refilled there (apparently)!
Am hopeful that if you can get LPG in Mzuzu you can get it elsewhere in Africa !

All off the existing system?
