Hi all
Ive owned my Discovery 1 (96) for 2 months now and recenlty started doing a bit of off roading on a sunday, basic stuff really a few woods bit of rough track etc, its all good fun and freindly until recently when a Shogun owner appeared and started mouthing off about his Shogun Animal beats anything its up against, he seems to know a bit what hes talking about and his machine has all the bells and whistles under the sun.
As im new to the 4x4 world i just keep silent as im in no position to challenge him and theres only a few of us Disco guys there with little experience to shut him up.
he never goes off road in it, he just stands there with his machine highly polished and gleaming, so is his Mitsubishi Shogan Animal that much of a better machine then the TDI 300 or should we tell him hes full of ****
i bet if one or two of the Landy experts were there he wouldnt be so gobby.
its an automatic V6 3.5 if that means anything
Regards
Jay
