I have recently moved to Ireland, together with my Freelander.
The Irish insurers are giving me a hard time with this car since it is a van and apparently it is weird in Ireland to drive a van when you are not self-employed. In any case, in order to get it insured, I am converting it to a normal car, a people carrier so to say.
I am working together with a van-conversion-company in the area who would supply the paperwork for me. They are struggling with the fact that they would need a Declaration of Conformity for the seat belts which I put in... Would anyone know where that could be obtained? The LR dealers perhaps?
Thank you very much.
Rgds,
Robert
