Firstly, Happy New Year to you all.

I’m looking for a company that make equipment racks/cages for Defender 90/110 hard tops. The idea is to store equipment on two or three shelves – width ways – and easily accessible from the rear door. I think the HM Coast Guard use something similar. The cage should be nicely designed and easily fitted (bolted) to the interior. Does anyone know of any company that makes such components? I’m also looking for a roll bar to be position behind the front seats onto which one or two additional items can be attached.

Any advice on where to look would be appreciated.

I know of a guy who has a custom fabrication shop - he will make you anything and builds bits for LR's all the time... He is near Glasgow airport...

Don't use mobile storage solutions as they are real rip off bastids. But you could raid their site for some ideas. and take them to a business specialising in Flight cases for the music/gigging world.

try this company, i use them myself in my line of work, i noticed when down there, they made some really neat military field cases to order.CP Cases | Designer and Manufacturer of Flight Cases, Bags and 19-inch Racks.
