Do not do a swap. A truck-cab in good order will fetch a better price than van sides.

I'd suggest ebay...but then again, I know nothing.
 
Oh, by the way...go immediately to the Introduce Yourself section and say hello, otherwise i can be a grumpy bastid.
 
Personally i'd keep an eye on ebay and buy roof, sides and door one at a time and for max 100 the lot...then get 150 for a good cab and spend the 50 profit on security.
