neeed to programe up the fuel gauge..does anyone know typical max and min resistance for efi (circa 87-90) fuel tank level sender?

without filling up then emptying it that wont help..

so thanks but does anyone know spec without doing above..

Will if you have a spare one to use. Maybe someone has a spare they could measure for you. Don't think spec is published anywhere.

afraid i dont have..
and i have seached high and low on internet..nought..plenty for series..which is what i have set it for...but..

I have an old sender in an empty tank and it seems to read about 45 ohm with the tank upside down ( i.e. float at the top = full) and 120 ohm with the tank the right way up (float at the bottom = empty).

I hope this helps!
