I have a d2, work for minimum wage, have to travel just within (less than a mile) the north circular a few times a year, and have nfc what vehicle they would deem acceptable. The entire plan will cost 3.5 million people a shedload and extreme hardship for the poorer families. Guessing he won't get voted in again.
