Hi all, keen to take advantage of the knowledge of you guys! I`ve got a 1987 110 200 TDI conversion and want to know whats currently limiting my articulation (I want as much as possible while still being able to use it as a daily drive= no rose jointed bushes haha).

Longer shocks and or lowered upper shock mounts / turrets would allow the axle to drop further. You need the bottom end of each spring to me retained on the axle and relocation comes or whatever at the top to guide it back home after it dislocates as a result of your extra axle droop.
 
First limitations are standard props. At 2" lift they're about on the limit of binding up, which means any more drop or articulation and the won't turn so you'll just get stuck, or break stuff, so get some wide angle props.
Don't limit the springs with the hook relocator, change to axle relocators as @callisr said, makes a big difference.
Get longer +4" brake lines to allow the brakes to work and bnot get ripped off if you go further.
Change to the longest, softest springs you can, keeps pressure on the axle more at higher articulation, more grip/traction.
+4 or +5 shocks and changed mounts to suit.
Once you've worked on the front you might also need to change the geometry properly, ie don't just use 3degree radius arms, get the axle geometry sorted to suit the prop/diff mis-alignment.
Loads else you can do which mostly needs 'better' joints and further geometry changes, but almost anything you do more from the point you're at now will mean the on-road ability will get more and more compromised. No point having an off-road, mega-articulate beast that is much more awkward to use on road if it's a daily driver.
