hi all!

have just sold me ford escort and saved a bit of money so I am hoping to get a series 3 lightwieght, but I was just wondering if I could use it pretty regulary? I am hoping to get the petrol version, and have about 2 grand saved up....

any thoughts grately appreciated

Get a good one and use it every day.
They arnt that different from a normal series although you may want to think about the cost of petrol before starting any long trips. (Standard 2.25 Petrol 17 to 22mpg ).

I use my 1/2 tonner every day. Got fed up waiting for summer so took off the hardtop..dropped the screen...bought some waterproofs and now start every day with a smile and teeth full of bugs. Had to change diffs though as tractors were overtaking me !

Thas the worse time to think about the cost of petroil!
