Any body got a l/weight bulkhead that i could borrow (or come to your place) to take detailed measurements off so that i can make a new one.

I have so.

I am about to change the petrol engine for a 2.5 NA diesel, and fit a noverdrive.

Reckon she'll do the double-ton, 100 mph and 100 mpg.

What am I going to do with it once I have done this?
Do people actually buy these things?
