My license plate light started to work erratic, so I opened the unit to do some contacts cleaning etc. Haven't changed the bulbs yet during my ownership (~4 years). What I found was that the assembly was in two pieces; the backplate with bulbs was hanging by the wiring inside the handle. Bulbs were fine though and the contacts were just corroded causing erratic behaviour. Another observation was that those two spire nuts came down in rusty pieces, unusable. Propably could have used the original parts and restore the unit and buy those spire nuts separately but decided to try Powerful UK's webshop which finally delivers to Finland and bought their led unit with spire nuts. Looks solid to me, the light is bright and the size and shape matches oem part exactly. Happy customer 👍
