1 had a good chassis - is this the only thing that MOT inspectors care about for structure (or do they care about bulkhead as well )
1 had a good engine and box (once I sort the seized clutch out)
1 had some nice range rover axles with disc brakes oh and an overdrive, but a dodgy gearbox
1 had a good body
Obviously the best series (out of the bits I have) would use all of the above, but I would be left with a lot of stuff over to remake and it would get kind of pricey....that aside, how long does it take to get the body off a landy and leave it with a rolling shell. what gets left (im thinking engine box, axles chassis)
There are all kinds of compromises I could make but one way or the other a body has to come off.
