Both my fog lamps are cracked and wont pass MOT soon, thought about upgrading them to LED but not sure wheres best to buy from, dont wanna end up with cheap quality.

Will that be the front fog lamps? Your correct that damaged/inoperative front fog lamps will fail the MOT but that’s only on vehicles used on or after 1st March 2018, before that there is not a MOT requirement for inspection.
Plenty of LED lamps on eBay such Hella so search and decide on the style-brand-model u wish to purchase and check for the best price. Simples.
