Clamps onto roof bars used to be the same.
Unsure if the distance between roof bars is the same. Some one will need to measure

What you need to do is go out & measure the gaps and look at the profile of the runners .

Is OP on about the bars that sit across the rails or the full length roof rails themselves..?
