Hi guys... Has anyone been working to replace the of beat rocker arms.my Freelander produce this scary sound, and I suspected the rocker arm as it is a continuous scary sound, and increases with the engine rpm.

It's not the crankshaft pulley as there is no signs of metal fillings at engine areas to suspect failed crankshaft pulley. The engine start with increasing difficulty - this rule out the crankshaft pulley I guessed.

I have removed the air intake and going to remove the injectors. Any advise on the rocker arm replacement would be very much appreciated.

There are no rocker arms, as the M47 engine uses a direct acting overhead cam designs.
