SOLD SOLD SOLD... Thanks for looking

Hi Chaps,

The time has come to part with my 110. I'm originally from Scotland, now living in Derby and I'm back and forth quite alot, hence the Landy needs to go.

I've had my 110 since Aug 2010, she has 186,000 miles on the clock. Drives well, for a 23 year old truck.

She is has MOT until Sept 2012, tax until end of Jan 12.

In the time I've had her I've done a fair bit to her;

replaced front half shafts
Rear Prop shaft
Fuel lift pump
N/S/F Swivel hub pins and all seals
New Fuel tank and sender unit
Speedo cable

There is a folder full of history (some hand written by previous owner(S)) from the previous owners and MOT certificates.

The original engine has been replaced at some point (I can't find any reference in the history as to when) with a Discovery 200Tdi. The engine pulls well, turbo spools up nicey and she'll quite happily sit at 70+ mph

The truck used to be blue in colour, however, she was resprayed by the previous owner to a fetching black/Silver, see pictures of the respray below. The body work is better than most of this age, however, some rot has set in on the passenger side of the bulk head. I was poking around the other day at what I thought was a blister in the paint and my finger went right through the bulkhead. The hole is between the door hinges slap bang in the middle. I'm not a great welder (you'll see that from my repair patch to the drivers footwell. lol. the drivers side is fairly solid now, I caught it in time) so I won't be tackeling exterior welding, hence why I'd like to sell her to someone who would get these bits and bobs sorted.

Mechanically, she has a few foibles. The FIP isn't switching off the engine (have replaced the solenoid) and this didnt cure it. I bought a replacement pump however, I've not got round to fitting it (this will be included). At the moment I stall her to switch her off, so the good news is the clutch is very good.

The gear box is a slight problem child, she changes up the box fine and well, however, she won't go from 3rd to 2nd. 4th gear can crunch sometimes. It was my ambition to replace the G/box along with the FIP, but I can justify spending the time and money on a car that isnt suitable anymore. (Derby doesnt get much snow, so my original reason for buying a landy has disappeared).

The latest issue is the Windscreen wiper motor which has blown. I will hopefully fix this weekend, however, if anyone comes to look before I get this sorted, then you need to be aware of that.

The chassis is in good condition, I undersealed it about a year ago, could do with being done again, but on the whole she's good. Certainly shouldnt need welding for a few years.

The landy has two sets of wheels, standard rims on wrangler tyres and modulars with mud tyres, 5 wheels for each set, loads of tread left on each.

I've ran out of things to mention about her, the pictures should speak for themselves. I did get her stuck in a bog once, hence the pictures...

If you have any questions please give me a shout. I'm not entirely sure what its worth, therefore I'm open to fair offers. I may also swap her (unlikey, but you never know).

Landy is located in Derby.

Did you get the wiper motor fixed? How about the fip?

Any idea which gearbox it is? Does high / low / diff lock work ok?

I've still not got around to the wiper motor. (I've no excuse, Shardlow 4x4 is only 3 miles away to buy the part)

I've got a spare FIP, again, just not fitted it.

The Gearbox is an LT77, the Diff lock works very well.
