Hi I have a 1958 series 1 88" on LVK 365D . I am currently restoring on a new galvanised chassis. Now here's my problem the vehicle was registered in December 1966 so I believe it to be of some army/mod stock bit apart from the fuel tank filler cap been red and the rear tub having a military trailer electric plug just below the near side rear light I habe not much else to go on

is there no army plates cant you check i think its foleys for a vehicle history based on the chassis number because thta will tell you what year it was made but great intro now go to the introduce yourself section and introduce yourself

did you get the chassis from the series 1 club?

my s1 was originally on an a plate - but built in 1955 - after it was demobbed in 1961. a po put it on an age related plate.

chances are yours was ex mod, someone on the s1 forum gave me the lowdown on mine but i can't remember who now.

Hi there the chassis was bought from marsland in 2006 and been a shed ever since. On the gearbox turret cover inside there's a number think it says OMD 330
