so my L322 has been off the road for a few months waiting for a new gearbox, picked it up last week, everything is fine apart from the key no longer unlocks the doors, tried the turn to position one etc etc but no joy, then yesterday was driving along and it just cut out? Pulled into a lay-by luckily and tried to start it but nope, just turned over and over, sat for about 10 mins while trying to get signal to call the RAC, tried again and it started right up, thought it was going to be ok then just came out of Tesco and the same thing, no start, waited another 10 mins and fired up?

anybody have any ideas?

The car cut out while driving so i pulled over, then it started again after 10 minutes while i was trying to call a tow truck.. so i started driving again and it happened two more times on the way home. I have an engine code U0151 (lost communication with seat restraints) and the airbag light has been coming on and off intermittently over the last week (was kind of flickering one day too)
