Hi All
I’m in the process of removing the rear bumper from my 2004 range rover to fit a tow bar. I’ve removed the eight bolts from the inside and the 10mm bolts from the wheel arch area but it still feels tight to the body can any one help I haven’t got to refit it I’m going to leave that to the painter when he sprays the quarter panel for me but i don’t want to brake anything many thanks Graeme

the eight bolts on the inside of the car in the spare wheel well are only to remove the crash bar once the bumper is already off, you need to take the black plastic strip off that runs along the top of the bumper. lift the front edge first then slide it forward and off to reveal some more bolts along the top edge of the bumper, when there all out you will still need to give the edges of the bumper a fooking good tug to unclip them from the quarters. 9 times out of 10 you will brake a few little clips on the edges removing it.
