I've recently picked up a 2002 L322 Vogue TD6 and as expected, it's not without its gremlins. I wonder if they could all be related?

No trip display on either the central screen or the dash binnacle - just blank fields.
The info screen is blank on the dash binnacle - it has the triangle each side of the display, but nothing displays in between them. The pixels are ok as I see the "Air Suspension Inactive" after a battery disconnect and "Control Check OK".
Cannot set the clock - I go through the procedure on the screen and it just reverts to 12.00
AC compressor is not kicking in - it's been re-gassed but the temperature of the air being blown stays the same regardless of the temperature control setting.

Any suggestions for an L322 newbie - coming from a P38 and a D90 before this.

If bought from a dealer take it back.
Look for water in the electronics in the near side rear quarter.

This probably will not help but I have just had a new battery fitted along with some other work and I had the same on the display just the two triangles with a blank screen, I just went through the menu using the info button on the end of the stalk and it all came back on.

If anyone else has this issue, my problem turned out to be a faulty speedo / instrument binnacle. This appears to feed the on-board computer and central display.
