hi looking for some help i have a l322 td6 rang rover not starting to good have fault code p1260 i have changed the small fuel pump and can here it pumping when i switch on the key .i have changed over the fuel filter about to weeks ago on the fuel filter the clear pipe i can see air in it

hope for some help

P1260 is fuel delivery.
Could be the other pump, faulty injector, fuel rail o-ring deteriorated

Take your pick

Is the other pump whining also?

when turning the key i can hear it pumping then it stops after 20 seconds
just went out started first time do you think the new fuel filter could be faulty think off changeing it

Both pumps?
May also be an in-line filter there somewhere

There are three pumps on the td6 from what i have read, intank, intermediate, and high pressure.

thanks mate i had the same problem a few weeks ago change the fuel filter worked great i think i change it again just incase its faulty before i start pumps
