Does the l322 key fob have other features than unlock/locking the car or opening the rear boot? Because I saw something about opening all the windows with the key fob.

I think a long hold of the lock button will close all windows and sun roof, should be detailed in the owners hand book.

Double pressing the lock button may "superlock" the car preventing occupants from escaping.

Opening/Closing windows and sunroof via the keyfob will requires activation in the car configuration file

It was standard on mine. Just hold the lock button and it should close all windows and sunroof.
I suspect - but I have not tested this - that the drivers seat and steering wheel settings are pre-set by the key fob used to open the car, so if you and your wife have different seating configurations I think you can save those to each key fob. Then again I might be confusing that with another car entirely!

That is certainly true on the P38, does the wing mirrors too.
