Landy started to knock suddenly from the front end
Increases in frequency with speed
Could this be drive shafts or something more sinister

It happens as soon as I pull off and increases with the speed and decreases until I come to a stop

So does it make any difference to the noise if you accelerate or slow down? Is it still there if you are coasting down a hill?

Yes if I accelerate it gets faster,and slower when I slow down
And if I knock it out of gear it’s still there and gets slower as the vehicle comes to a stop

So it's something that is rotating with the vehicle, loaded or not. Have you checked the mass damper on the VCU? That's the prime candidate for a vibration on or off load.

Could it be the anti roll bar shifted and catching what ever it catches against?

Would that be a knocking or a rubbing?

Check drivers side drive shaft where it goes into IRD in case its support bearing is collapsing.
