Hi, i have a 2009 freelander 2 Automatic, on turning in either direction slowly in reverse or turning slowly either way going forwards i get i loud banging/knocking noise from the rear of the car. It sounds like it may be coming from the rear passenger side, so far its cost me £250 at two different garages but still no fix or definate diagnosis.
No problems at speed when driving normally.
Last garage sugested to change rear diff and Haldex unit.
Anyone any suggestions or help.

Normally a first post asking for help will get a rude response.
Asking for "Any" suggestions will hardly ever get the response you think you may get rude or otherwise.
It would appear, though I could be wrong, that the fault has already been diagnosed
Lastly even if someone was to be inclined to help the noobiest of noobs you've not even bothered to give anyone an indication of whereabouts in the world you are
