I'm new to this group.
This is my second rover. I had a 1994 defender 90 gas and was forced to sell. I found a diesel version already shipped to the states. Its a 1987 land rover 90 with a 200 tdi.
It is absolutely amazing. nearly 30 mpg which was my only complaint with the 94. I have been changing it to look more like the NAS version which has been a hassle but its worth it. I am looking to make it more of a daily driver and its getting there. I will be on-road more than off-road but it will get dirty.
I sold my 1971 ford bronco to get this and I haven't regretted it a minute. I love the defenders.
