Hi,

Ive recently taken my winch bumper off my disco for sale and as such now have no recovery points on the front (apart from the tie down point which isn't recommended) Just wondering where/how to fit jate rings? as i cant see any obvious holes to bolt them in and heard of welding in place..?

Advice please?

that'll be the third thing bolted in there then... so you wouldnt say weld them anywhere?

No.

Better to have some movement in them, slightly less harsh on both the vehicle and towing equipment, especially if you have to pull it 'round a corner'.
