didn't know the jatco box are fitted in vw

see there is the internal filter fitted and wonder if that ever can cause failure to the boxes as I imagine there never change throughout the life of the gearbox

found it an interesting read, yeh I know I'm sad, lol

there is quite a lot of info on this forum as well , these boxes are very reliable usually , and people often panic when they have a fault thinking that the whole thing is u/s . The majority of problems can be sorted without even removing the gearbox from the car .
